Job summary

Newsquest's LOCALiQ in Gloucester is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to manage a field-based patch, delivering digital and print advertising solutions to local businesses. You will prospect, meet owners and decision-makers, and close deals across your region.

You must be based near the territory, hold a full UK driving licence, and have access to a vehicle for business travel. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role within standard hours, with competitive salary and uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales with a consultative approach.
• Experience with outbound cold calling to generate opportunities.
• Ability to secure new business and manage client relationships.
• Proven ability to grow existing accounts and upsell.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem solving.
• Familiarity with multimedia advertising is a plus.
• Ability to work with a cross-functional team and adapt messaging.
• Must be within reach of the territory and hold a UK driving licence.
• Own vehicle for business travel is essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business by targeting potential clients in your region.
• Work to clear financial targets and KPIs, aiming to exceed revenue goals.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts with ongoing support.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline using a consultative approach.
• Build long-term client relationships through expert advice and service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
• Stay informed on industry trends and LOCALiQ product suite.
• Represent LOCALiQ with professionalism as the regional brand ambassador.
