A field-based Territory Manager role covering the South West England region, focusing on developing existing accounts and driving new business opportunities for a broad range of agricultural machinery. You will work with senior management to steer commercial performance and maintain dealer relationships, ensuring timely sales progress from enquiry to delivery.

The position requires strong sales experience in agricultural machinery, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent with good Maths and English.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
• Proven B2B sales and account management experience.
• Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong IT skills, including CRM and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of sales performance and growth across the territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with an established dealer network.
• Develop accounts and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
• Create territory sales plans and maximise revenue and market share.
• Visit dealer accounts, provide product demonstrations and support.
• Maintain knowledge of machinery portfolio and provide technical advice.
• Manage quotations, orders and CRM records accurately.
• Prepare regular territory updates and reports for management.
