Interaction Technical is seeking a Technical Area Sales Manager to grow and maintain customer relationships for agricultural machinery in the Darrington area. A strong background in machinery sales and farming practices is preferred, with a drive to develop new business and hit targets.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in machinery sales, excellent communication, and CRM proficiency. A full UK driving licence is essential, with an on-site role supported by a company vehicle and progression

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in machinery or equipment sales.
• Strong understanding of agricultural machinery and farming practices.
• Previous agricultural machinery sales experience desirable.
• Excellent communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially driven with a proactive approach to winning business.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales software.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Flexible and professional approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used agricultural machinery within a designated territory.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Manage sales activity through the company CRM system.
• Conduct machinery demonstrations and product presentations.
• Advise customers on finance solutions.
• Coordinate machinery deliveries and after-sales support.
• Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to deliver excellent customer service.
