Job summary

Whitbread is seeking a Resourcing Coordinator to support the recruitment lifecycle, coordinating interviews and candidate communications across a regional field-based remit. You will help shape the onboarding journey from application to offer, working with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience.

You'll gain exposure to strategic workforce planning, develop relationships with diverse teams, and contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes and employer

Qualifications

• Experience in facilitating recruitment processes for hourly-paid roles.
• Experience onboarding new hires and ensuring Right To Work compliance.
• Administrative experience with MS Office programmes (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Strong relationships with diverse stakeholders to drive performance.
• Ability to manage multiple SLAs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
