Job summary

HR Heads is seeking a Senior People Manager for a fast-paced, multi-site hospitality operation. You will partner with senior leaders, deliver strategic people plans, and lead a small People team across locations, driving employee relations, recruitment, employer branding and change programmes.

This field-based UK role offers flexibility to work from home with regular travel across sites, a competitive salary of £57,000 plus car allowance, bonus and excellent benefits, and a clear path to shaping

Qualifications

• Senior HR leader with multi-site experience
• Strong employee relations capability and up-to-date employment law knowledge
• Experience supporting organisational change and transformation programmes
• Exposure to employer branding, recruitment strategy and workforce planning
• Data-driven approach with the ability to turn insight into action
• Experience leading or developing HR team members
• Balance strategic thinking with operational delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the People Advisor and People Coordinator, coaching across all people matters
• Own and evolve the recruitment strategy for operational and management hiring
• Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen attraction, engagement and retention
• Deliver workforce planning and talent strategies aligned to business objectives
• Act as trusted advisor to operational leaders on complex employee relations matters
• Lead on high-risk ER cases and tribunal support
• Support organisational change, consultation and restructuring activity
• Manage reward and recognition programmes and annual pay reviews
• Deliver meaningful people reporting and insight to identify trends and risks
• Partner with Learning & Development to embed policies and processes
