Job summary

Leisure People is seeking a Senior HRBP to support seven Central London venues, working closely with the Operations Director and GMs. The role combines strategic influence with hands-on delivery across a fast-paced leisure business employing around 1,000 colleagues.

You will report to the Head of HR and join a team of HR professionals. The role is based mostly in Central London venues (4 days per week) with one day from home, and includes a car allowance and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-site senior strategic HRBP experience.
• Experience in leisure, hospitality or retail environments is preferred.
• Strong employment law knowledge with complex ER and union exposure.
• Experience leading organisational change including restructures and workforce planning.
• Strong commercial awareness linking people decisions to business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, coaching and influencing capabilities.
• CIPD qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior operational leaders to translate commercial priorities into people plans.
• Lead and support organisational change, including restructures, workforce planning, and operating-model changes.
• Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues.
• Coach and influence senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability and accountability.
• Drive talent, succession and capability planning across the business.
• Use data to identify trends and influence decision-making.
• Ensure activity complies with regulatory, safeguarding, and compliance requirements.
