Job summary

Talent Finder in the United Kingdom is seeking a Field-based Sales Manager to develop relationships and drive revenue across Southern England. You will manage a portfolio of existing accounts and identify new business opportunities while working from the field with regular customer visits.

The role includes travel between customer appointments, occasional overnight stays, a company car, and a discretionary bonus. Full product training will be provided from the Preston HQ.

Qualifications

• Proven field-based B2B sales experience with regular customer visits and account management.
• Experience handling quotations and commercial negotiations.
• Strong CRM discipline and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships across an existing portfolio of 200+ accounts.
• Consolidate accounts, introduce yourself to customers and identify growth opportunities.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the Southern territory.
• Promote and sell diesel fuel injection products, components and test equipment.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations.
• Manage appointments, diary and sales pipeline independently.
• Maintain customer records in Phocus CRM and provide regular sales updates.
