Manesis Search & Selection is seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our growing PPE safety portfolio. This field-based role focuses on delivering technical expertise and strategic value to high-profile UK clients.

You will build long-term relationships with Health & Safety leaders, identify opportunities, conduct site assessments, and support cross-functional teams to win national accounts, with a starting salary of £45k plus bonus and a company car.

Qualifications

• Experience selling safety, PPE or MRO products.
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety legislation.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage national end-user accounts.
• Partner with regional field sales to convert opportunities.
• Conduct site hazard assessments and product demonstrations.
• Present value-based solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Deliver product applications training to customers and partners.
• Drive growth through consultative, solution-based selling.
• Advise on regulatory standards and PPE selections.
• Stay updated on safety legislation and PPE testing standards.
