Job summary

FirstPort (UK) is seeking a Property Manager to join our field-based team covering a portfolio in/around Guildford. You will manage day-to-day property operations, liaise with residents and stakeholders, and drive service delivery across your portfolio.

You’ll have a diary you control, regular site visits, and support from dedicated services to help you achieve excellent customer outcomes. A competitive salary and benefits package are on offer.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driving licence and own transport for regular site travel.
• Experience in block management and housing estates with a focus on residents’ service.
• Confident communicator with ability to present updates and financial information to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own schedule remotely while prioritising properties and conducting regular site visits.
• Organise and lead meetings with key stakeholders, influence decisions and resolve disputes.
• Oversee and authorise all expenditure, review service charge accounts and budgets.
• Collaborate with credit control to manage debt across your portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations including fire safety, asbestos and water hygiene controls.
