Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a passionate Behavioural Support Practitioner to enhance the quality of life for people in our Norfolk complex care services. You will lead PBS initiatives, promote least restrictive practice, and embed trauma-informed care across specialist Supported Living services.

The role focuses on developing and applying functional behavioural analysis, PBS plans, and collaboration with managers, external professionals, and families to achieve meaningful outcomes and greater

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or related field with at least two years of applicable experience; or Master’s degree with one year of professional experience; or PGDip in Applied Psychology.
Experience in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and trauma-informed approaches.
Ability to develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans and participate in MDT meetings.

Responsibilities

Develop functional behavioural analysis and PBS plans.
Attend multi-disciplinary team meetings and collaborate with teams and families.
Promote reflective practice and embed PBS within the team.
Support people to gain more independence and improve quality of life.
