Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Behavioural Support Practitioner to promote Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and least restrictive practice across our Norfolk supported living sites. You will develop functional behavioural analyses and implement PBS plans.

This field-based, full-time role requires a driving licence for travel to services; you will work with managers, professionals and families to improve outcomes and quality of life for the people we support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in ABA or PBS with 2+ years of applicable experience.
• Master's in ABA with 1+ year of experience or PG Diploma in Applied Psychology.
• Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Psychology or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Functional Behavioural Analyses and PBS plans.
• Attend multi-disciplinary team meetings and collaborate with teams.
• Promote a culture of reflective practice and trauma-informed care.
• Guide and coach teams to achieve meaningful outcomes and independence.
