Job summary

FMC Limited in the UK is seeking an Operational Excellence Coach to lead frontline transformations across the EMEA region, spending around 90% of time on customer factory floors and working remotely from a home base in the UK or Ireland.

You'll coach operators to adopt Lean, Six Sigma and TPM, drive OEE gains, and manage multiple accounts with rapid deployment cycles. This is a hands-on leadership role with high travel and visible impact.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on manufacturing leadership experience on the shop floor.
• Track record in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM or Operational Excellence with measurable gains.
• History of overachievement and progression, not just steady contribution.
• Ability to challenge senior executives and inspire frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on onsite deployments across multiple plants in a 90-day cycle.
• Coach operators, supervisors and plant leaders to adopt Lean practices.
• Run Kaizen events and rituals grounded in Lean, Six Sigma and TPM.
• Partner with leadership to deliver measurable productivity and OEE gains.
• Build trust from the production line to senior leadership.
