Job summary

JUBEL Ltd. is seeking a field-based role in Oxford, with Reading as an additional site. You will own top accounts, drive sampling and staff training, and ensure flawless draught quality across venues.

You'll build an outstanding on-trade network, manage interns and ambassadors, and represent the Jubel brand with energy and professionalism, adapting to evenings and weekends as required. This is a hands-on, autonomous role with room to grow.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required but A levels or a degree in any subject is preferable.
• Good at nurturing existing relationships and building new ones.
• Effective negotiation and a strong understanding of commercials.
• Strong at public speaking and presenting.
• Strong organisation and planning skills.
• A sociable individual who loves a night out.

Responsibilities

• Key Accounts Ownership - you will take full responsibility for looking after some of our best accounts in the region and being the face of JUBEL.
• Sampling - driving trial with memorable experiences to get more consumers to try JUBEL.
• Staff Training - engage bar teams, educate them on our beer and the JUBEL story, and develop incentives for on-trade partners.
• Serve Consistency - ensure high quality draught serve, appropriate presentation and branding across sites.
• Network - build and maintain an outstanding on-trade network with flagship site owners and key groups.
• Interns & Ambassadors - brief and up-skill interns and ambassadors for activations.
