Job summary

JUBEL Ltd. is seeking a field-based activation role in the UK (Bournemouth, Brighton, Portsmouth & Southampton region). You will own select accounts, drive sampling, train venue staff, and ensure top‑quality dispense and brand representation across venues.

The role requires building strong relationships with bar teams, venue managers and executives, while managing activations and fostering growth in the on-trade. A proactive, team‑oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Good relationship management with venues and clients.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Comfortable presenting to groups and stakeholders.
• Proactive problem solving and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Key Accounts Ownership for regional venues, acting as the face of JUBEL.
• Deliver creative sampling experiences to drive trial and sales.
• Train bar staff, build relationships, and enable activations.
• Ensure high quality draught and consistent brand messaging.
• Build and maintain an on-trade network with flagship sites.
• Support interns and ambassadors during activations, especially in summer.
