Job summary

JUBEL Ltd. is seeking a field-based Trade Activation Specialist to drive growth across East Anglia, including Norwich and Cambridge. You will own key on-trade accounts, deliver memorable sampling experiences, train bar teams, and ensure consistent quality of JUBEL on draught.

You will build a strong network with venue managers, GM's, and activation partners, mentor interns and ambassadors, and travel for visits, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Good at nurturing existing relationships and building new ones.
• Effective negotiation and a strong understanding of commercials.
• Strong at public speaking and presenting.
• Strong organisation and planning skills.
• A sociable individual who loves a night out.

Responsibilities

• Key Accounts Ownership – you will take full responsibility for looking after some of our best accounts in the region and being the face of JUBEL.
• Sampling – delivering creative and memorable experiences for consumers when getting a JUBEL in their hand for the very first time.
• Staff Training – training bar teams, educating them on our beer and the JUBEL story, and building incentives.
• Serve Consistency – drive high quality of draught serve across sites and ensure 10/10 consumer experiences.
• Network – build an outstanding on-trade network with flagship site owners and activation partners.
• Interns & Ambassadors – coordinate extra resources for activations and brief interns/ambassadors.
