Job summary

BT Group is seeking a field-based Network Engineer to investigate and resolve complex customer issues across the EE network. You will combine customer insight, live data and testing to identify root causes and drive lasting improvements in performance and experience.

Qualifications

This role requires strong knowledge of mobile network technologies and ability to troubleshoot across RAN/Core.
Experience using network data and testing to identify root causes and improvements.
Ability to explain complex technical issues clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Resolve complex customer and service issues across the live network.
Lead investigations using customer insight, data, and testing to drive lasting fixes.
Turn customer feedback into practical network/service improvements.
Support benchmarking and performance activities to protect network reputation.
