10-Month Fixed Term Contract Opportunity - Mobile Network Experience Specialist

We're looking for a curious, customer-focused problem solver to join the Mobile Special Operations team on a 10-month fixed-term contract.

This is a unique role where you'll investigate complex customer and service issues across the EE mobile network, combining customer insight, network data and real-world testing to drive lasting improvements. You'll work across network performance, customer experience, service introduction and emerging areas such as automation and AIOps.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable translating field observations and network performance data into actionable insights, working across technologies, teams and suppliers to get to the root cause of difficult problems.
