Affinity Personnel is seeking a Field-Based Card Payment Specialist to drive new business in Brighton and surrounding postcodes. Base salary £50,000 with a £6K car allowance and OTE £85,000; top performers exceed £100K with uncapped commission. You will generate your own leads, door-knock, and close deals you pursue.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or merchant services preferred.
• Ability to generate own leads, prospect, and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own leads through cold calling, in-field prospecting, and door-to-door sales.
• Qualify, pitch, and close new merchant accounts independently.
• Sell modern card payment solutions with competitive pricing.
• Build, manage, and own a pipeline of SMBs.
• Deliver professional, consultative sales presentations.
• Hit weekly/monthly sales targets with 5+ terminals per week.
