Job summary

Vets for Pets is seeking a field-based Learning & Development professional to shape learning experiences that drive capability across our Pets ecosystem. Working with the Head of Learning & Development, you'll design and deliver solutions spanning leadership, professional development, performance management and induction, supporting colleagues nationwide.

You’ll partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to ensure programmes are inclusive, evidence-based and aligned to business

Qualifications

Experience in Learning & Development in a retail/operational environment.
Designs, delivers and evaluates blended learning solutions.
Ability to measure impact using data and feedback.

Responsibilities

Identify learning needs and capability gaps, recommending effective development solutions.
Partner with stakeholders to create learning roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
Design engaging learning experiences using blended, digital and face-to-face approaches.
Create learning materials including workshops, e-learning, toolkits and guides.
Deliver high-quality learning sessions for colleagues, managers and leaders, both virtually and in person.
Coach and support managers to build capability within their teams.
Monitor programme effectiveness using data, feedback and business performance measures.
Produce insights and reporting to demonstrate impact and drive continuous improvement.
