Job summary

Daikin UK Ltd is seeking a field-based professional to develop and execute a strategic plan to expand our ASHP installer network across the South West of England and South Wales. The role requires proactive outreach to identify and engage potential installers, promoting the advantages of partnering with Daikin.

You will travel across the region daily, build strong relationships, and collaborate with training teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing success as part of a dynamic commercial

Qualifications

• Confident, ambitious and self-motivated to build relationships.
• Excellent ability at influencing early stages to build a solid pipeline of new installers.
• Solid understanding of air source heat pumps and the wider heating industry.
• Flexible and dependable, willing to travel across the region daily.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an effective business plan to expand and grow the ASHP installer network.
• Engage with potential installers to promote the benefits of becoming a Daikin installer.
• Pro-active prospecting by hosting industry breakfast meetings and attending trade shows with the Daikin Sales Van.
• Collaborate with Residential Hub & Technical Training teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new installers.
