Job summary

Daikin UK Ltd is seeking 3 Installer Development Representatives to drive the growth of our installer network across the North of England, Scotland, and the Southwest. This field-based role involves building relationships with installers and promoting renewable Daikin solutions.

You will develop business plans, engage potential partners, and host industry breakfast meetings and events with our Daikin Sales Van, while ensuring a smooth onboarding journey with our Residential Hub & Technical

Qualifications

• Confident, ambitious and self-motivated to build relationships.
• Excellent ability at influencing early stages to build a solid pipeline of new installers.
• Solid understanding of air source heat pumps and the wider heating industry.
• Flexible and willing to travel across the region daily.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an effective business plan to expand and grow our ASHP installer network.
• Adopt highly personable skills to identify and engage potential new installers, promoting the benefits of partnering with Daikin.
• Proactively prospect by hosting industry breakfast meetings and attending trade show events with our Daikin Sales Van.
• Nurture new installers by collaborating with Residential Hub & Technical Training teams to ensure a smooth onboarding journey.
