Job summary

Daikin UK Ltd is seeking a Field Based Installer Development Representative to cover the whole of Scotland. You will build relationships with heating merchants and installers, promote Daikin installer benefits, and help expand our renewable solutions network.

You will develop business plans, host industry events, and collaborate with training teams to onboard new installers, with a focus on strong commissions, a company van, and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Confident, ambitious and self-motivated to build relationships.
• Excellent ability at influencing early stages to build a pipeline of new installers.
• A good basic understanding of the heating industry.
• Flexible and dependable, willing to travel across the region daily.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an effective business plan to expand and grow the ASHP installer network.
• Identify and engage potential new installers, promoting the benefits of becoming a Daikin installer.
• Pro-active prospecting by hosting industry breakfast meetings and attending trade show events with our Daikin Sales Van.
• Nurture new installers by collaborating with Residential Hub & Technical Training teams to ensure a smooth onboarding journey.
