• Deliver induction training for new starters in line with company standards.
• Provide Basic Life Support (First Aid) training.
• Deliver moving and handling training as part of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver induction training for new starters in line with company standards.
• Basic Life Support (First Aid).
• Moving and Handling.
• Ensure training sessions are engaging, clear, and easy to understand.
• Support learners to build confidence and competence in their roles.
• Liaise with the Recruitment Team to confirm attendee lists for upcoming training sessions.
• Prepare all training materials and equipment in advance.
• Ensure training sessions are organised and run smoothly.
• Carry out all required assessments during and after training.
• Mark assessments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all required competencies are met before sign-off.
• Arrange for certificates to be issued appropriately.
• Communicate training outcomes to the Recruitment Team via email or phone.
• Highlight any concerns, additional support needs, or failed competencies.
• Enable the Recruitment Team to progress onboarding based on training outcomes.
• Ensure timely communication before certificates are issued.
• Keep training materials up to date with current legislation, best practice, and company policy.
• Review and update training content regularly.
• Ensure all training meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
