A leading educational organization is seeking a motivated Observation Assessor to join their Health & Social Care Apprenticeship team in the United Kingdom. This field-based role requires travel to workplaces for observing learners and ensuring they meet apprenticeship standards. Ideal candidates will have an Assessor qualification and work experience in the Health and Social Care sector. Qualifications

• Must have own transport and broadband connection.
• At least 2 years’ experience in the Health and Social Care sector.

Responsabilités

• Visit workplaces to observe learners in real-life care settings.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to support learners.
• Conduct progressive in-person visits (average of 3 learners per day).
• Ensure assessments meet Ofsted and quality standards.
• Promote safeguarding and wellbeing at all times.
