Job summary

t2 group is seeking an Observational Assessor to travel across workplaces within your region, conducting holistic observations of learners pursuing Health & Social Care apprenticeships. You will deliver constructive feedback and guide learners toward successful achievement, while coordinating visits and ensuring compliance with awarding bodies.

The role requires an Assessor qualification (D32/D33, A1, TAQA, or CAVA) and a Health & Social Care Level 5 qualification, with at least two years in the

Responsibilities

• Visit workplaces to observe learners in care settings and assess against apprenticeship standards.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to support learner progression.
• Plan and conduct in-person visits and manage travel between sites.
• Ensure all assessments meet Ofsted, awarding body, and internal standards.
• Support mock assessments, professional discussions, and learner reviews.
