Trigon Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Observation Assessor – Health & Social Care to conduct workplace observations for learners across the South West, focusing solely on observation activity with no learner caseload.

The role offers a home-based set-up with extensive travel to sites in Portsmouth, Southampton, Bournemouth and surrounding areas, and a strong OTE potential. You will work with PDMs to support progression and ensure high-quality evidence against apprenticeship standards.

Qualifikationen

• Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification is essential.
• TAQA/CAVA/A1/D32/33 or equivalent assessor qualification required.
• Minimum two years' occupational experience within Health & Social Care at Senior Carer level or above.

Aufgaben

• Conduct workplace observations for Health & Social Care learners up to Level 5.
• Travel throughout the South West region completing face-to-face observations.
• Support learner progression by observing against standards and gathering evidence.
