Calor Gas Ltd is seeking an Assistant Gas Engineer (Mains & Services) for field-based work in Kings Lynn. The role involves assisting the Gas Network/Service Engineer to install, replace and maintain underground pipework and equipment at customer premises and public highways.

The ideal candidate should be able to work as part of a team, prioritise effectively and deliver high-quality customer service. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential; EUSR SHEA Gas safety, NRSWA

Formación

• Full, valid UK driving licence required.
• Eligible to work unrestricted in the UK.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Willing to travel as part of the job.
• Strong customer service skills expected.
• Organised and able to prioritise tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Work safely at all times wearing relevant PPE.
• Assist the Gas Network/Service Engineer with all aspects of the role.
• Domestic & Commercial site work including installations, replacement and maintenance of underground pipe work.
• Perform manual handling tasks.
• Operate Pneumatic tooling in a safe manner.
• Use mechanical excavators as required.
• Wear and use breathing apparatus when needed.
• Travel will be required as part of the role.
