Job summary

drnewitt.vincere.io is seeking a Technical Sales Manager for the food ingredients sector across Midlands and the wider UK. The role combines technical product knowledge with commercial development in a field-based, nationwide capacity.

You will identify new opportunities, build relationships with manufacturers and NPD teams, and promote bespoke ingredient solutions while collaborating with technical and development teams to deliver tailored results.

Qualifications

• Experience with food ingredients, ideally seasonings, marinades, spice blends or related categories.
• Background in technical sales, business development, account management or NPD.
• Good understanding of food manufacturing and ingredient applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across UK food manufacturing.
• Develop relationships with manufacturers, NPD teams and key decision makers.
• Promote specialty ingredients, seasonings, marinades and bespoke blends.
• Work alongside technical teams to develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Manage product trials, customer projects and commercial negotiations.
• Grow existing accounts while developing new opportunities.
