Job summary

D R Newitt Recruitment is seeking an experienced UK Sales Manager for the food & drinks ingredients sector. This hybrid role based in Suffolk offers autonomy to drive sales growth, develop the market, and manage key client relationships across multiple channels with travel requirements.

You will report to the UK Commercial Director and negotiate contracts with major customers, while building strategic partnerships for revenue expansion. Package negotiable around £80k with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales of flavours, fragrances or food ingredients.
• Track record in FMCG or food & beverage manufacturing sectors.
• Ability to manage large tender agreements and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategy across multiple channels in the UK.
