Job summary

Lucion Group are seeking a Dual-Trained Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to cover the Bedford area, combining field surveys with on-site analysis while using NexGen reporting tools. The role involves 4-stage clearances, air monitoring, and client-facing reporting to ensure compliance with HSG248/HSG264.

Ideal candidates hold P402/P403/P404 or RSPH equivalent, possess a full UK driving licence and are comfortable travelling between sites. Join a safety-focused team with strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified in P402, P403 and/or P404, RSPH equivalent, or holds a relevant Certificate of Competence.
• Comfortable working to HSG248 and HSG264.
• An experienced asbestos professional with sound technical judgement.
• Happy working independently while still being part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Management, refurbishment and demolition surveys.
• Asbestos in the ground surveys and inspections.
• Air monitoring and airborne fibre counting.
• 4-stage clearances and reoccupation testing.
• Inspecting remediation works and ensuring contractor quality.
• Recording site information and producing reports.
• Talking to clients and providing asbestos advice.
