Qualifications

• Experience in Primary Care pharmaceutical sales or medical device sales in a Primary Care setting.
• Strong understanding of NHS structure, workflows and local healthcare systems.
• Proven ability to manage key accounts and engage diverse stakeholders.
• Experience delivering education and value-based discussions to clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with GP practices, nurses and Primary Care Networks within your territory.
• Promote blood glucose monitoring technologies in a compliant, customer-focused manner.
• Deliver evidence-based educational discussions to healthcare professionals on diabetes management and monitoring solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient access to diabetes technologies in line with NHS priorities.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve commercial objectives.
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings, educational events and account reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives and NHS priorities.
• Analyse local market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and service improvements.
