Crown Paints is seeking a Contractor & Specification Sales Manager to cover South West England and Wales. You will promote Crown trade, Sandtex Trade and Sadolin Trade brands to contractor customers and end clients, with a focus on specification-led sales and technical advice.

The role involves developing accounts, driving regional promotions, preparing detailed specifications and site surveys, and building long-term relationships with contractors, housing associations and councils.

Formación

• B2B sales experience in field-based roles within construction/trades.
• Ability to communicate product and technical information clearly.
• Influencing and negotiation skills; commercial awareness.
• Able to work on own initiative and stay self-motivated.
• Must hold a current valid driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Promote Crown trade brands, Sandtex Trade and Sadolin Trade to contractor customers and end clients.
• Drive regional promotions to gain a competitive advantage.
• Develop nominated accounts for sustainable sales growth.
• Manage nominated accounts and clients.
• Identify and develop new opportunities and key strategic clients.
• Provide tailored specification support, including site condition surveys.
• Produce detailed technical specifications.
