Job summary

Crown Paints is seeking a dynamic Contractor & Specification Sales Manager to join our Contractor Team, covering South West England and Wales. You will promote and sell Crown trade brands, Sandtex Trade and Sadolin Trade to contractors, housing associations and councils.

You will have strong B2B field sales experience, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B field sales within construction/trades preferred.
• Strong selling, negotiating and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand and convey product and technical information.
• Self-motivated with initiative and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Sell Crown trade brands to contractor customers and end clients.
• Promote and implement national promotional strategies; measure impact.
• Drive regional promotions to maintain competitive advantage.
• Develop nominated accounts to grow sustainable sales.
• Manage accounts and clients; identify new opportunities.
• Identify strategic clients for development.
• Deliver tailored specification support and site condition surveys.
• Produce detailed technical specifications.
