Job summary

Extension Recruitment partners with a global contamination control solutions manufacturer to recruit a Territory Sales Manager. The role is field-based, home-based within the territory, covering from Birmingham up to Scotland with minimal travel in Scotland.

You will develop relationships with NHS facilities and commercial partners, deliver consultative solutions, work with distribution and internal teams, and maintain CRM records and forecasts to drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.
• Some sales experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of cleanrooms or regulated environments is beneficial.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with NHS and commercial facilities.
• Deliver a consultative sales approach for contamination control products.
• Work closely with distribution partners for customer support.
• Collaborate with technical, product management and marketing teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and market intelligence.
• Drive growth across the territory through account development and new business.
