Job summary

Extension Recruitment is assisting a global manufacturer of contamination control solutions in recruiting a Territory Sales Manager. The role covers NHS pharmacy services and commercial industry partners, with field-based responsibilities across the UK.

You will build long-term relationships, deliver consultative solutions, travel across the territory, and collaborate with distribution, technical, product management and marketing teams to drive growth and market share.

Qualifications

• Ideally degree qualified in Life Sciences or related scientific discipline.
• Previous sales experience would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of cleanrooms, contamination control, aseptic compounding or regulated environments would be beneficial.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the territory.
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with NHS and commercial facilities.
• Deliver a consultative sales approach for contamination control products and solutions.
• Work closely with distribution partners to provide outstanding customer support.
• Collaborate with technical, product management and marketing teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and market intelligence.
• Drive profitable growth across the territory through account development and new business activity.
• Represent the business at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
