Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to join our Housing & Neighbourhoods team on a full-time, permanent basis. This field-based role requires regular travel across Greater Manchester, with you spending much of your time in the community, meeting residents and resolving issues.

You will be the face of Guinness in neighbourhoods, collaborating with Estate Services to deliver quick, effective solutions.

Qualifications
