Job summary

The Guinness Partnership in Greater Manchester is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to join the Housing & Neighbourhoods team. You will spend much of your time out in your patch, meeting residents and resolving issues while acting as a visible face of Guinness.

You will collaborate with Estate Services and other teams to deliver quick, effective solutions, building relationships with homeowners and tenants across Greater Manchester.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills, with strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• The capability to plan and manage your workload effectively without high levels of supervision.
• Confidence using mobile technology to work 'on the go'.
• Strong resource and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and deliver value for money.
• Experience working in an environment of legislative and organisational change.
