Job summary

Bluetree Recruits is assisting a Cambridge-based medical technology company with a Commercial Sales Manager role that focuses on field-based, nationwide activity across NHS trusts, ICBs, and private healthcare providers. You will travel heavily, open doors, run meetings, and close business using your existing cardiology and diagnostics network.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales within cardiology or cardiac diagnostics.
• Existing relationships with ICBs, NHS trusts and private healthcare providers.
• Proven track record of winning new business through direct, in-person selling, not desk-based account management.

Responsibilities

• Sell the cardiovascular monitoring device to cardiology and diagnostics buyers nationwide (public and private sectors).
• Build and grow relationships with ICBs, NHS trusts, clinical teams and private providers.
• Travel extensively to meet customers, demonstrate products and close deals face to face.
• Identify and open new accounts across your territory using your network.
• Convert pilots into ongoing business and manage the sales funnel.
• Report on sales activity, pipeline and results.
