Job summary

Strategy Recruitment Solutions is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager for a field-based role in the UK East Midlands. You will identify and secure new parcel locker locations by meeting independent business owners, retailers and landlords, while building strong relationships and negotiating favourable site agreements.

You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, maintain an active pipeline and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales, territory sales or business development.
• Able to open new accounts and grow opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify new locations suitable for parcel lockers.
• Meet independent retailers, franchise owners and landlords.
• Build relationships with decision makers and explain commercial benefits.
• Negotiate site agreements and secure signed deals.
• Manage opportunities from first contact to installation and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain an active pipeline across the territory.
