Job summary

Strategy Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth for parcel locker solutions in Bristol and the South West. This field sales role focuses on identifying locations, meeting landlords and retailers, and closing deals from first contact to signed agreement.

You'll build a pipeline, travel across the region, negotiate terms, and collaborate with operations to rollout each site.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales, ideally selling lockers or related services.
• Confident meeting people face to face and closing deals.
• Proactive, organised and self-motivated approach.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own territory.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across region.
