Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is recruiting a Business Development Manager for Pharma / Healthcare Logistics, offering £60,000–£70,000 base with OTE £120,000–£150,000, plus a Company Car and hybrid working (remote work with one day in the Manchester office).

You will drive new business across a global logistics network, develop target accounts and build a strong sales pipeline while ensuring GDP and GDPR compliance. A Pharma/Healthcare freight forwarder background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Win new business across Pharma and Healthcare sectors.
• Build and manage a pipeline of target accounts.
• Drive revenue and gross profit growth.
• Develop long-term relationships with key customers.
• Ensure sales activity meets GDP and GDPR requirements.
• Work closely with Operations, Telesales and Marketing.
• Attend industry events and maintain CRM records.
• Collaborate across the business to support regional sales targets.
