Kranlyft is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to grow the UK market, focusing on lifting equipment in construction. This field-based role requires chasing new sales and then passing work to others as needed, with a strong drive to move to the next prospect.

You will market map target customers, maintain CRM data, and develop a sales strategy while staying ahead of industry trends and competitors. Field-based with occasional Bristol visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction with lifting equipment.
• Self-starter with proven sales drive.
• Ability to manage your own diary and prospect defined markets.
• Exposure to cranes or lifting equipment is desirable.
• Experience generating new business and understanding sales metrics.
