Job summary

E3 Recruitment is seeking a commercially minded Business Development Manager to own the Southern territory, including the M62 corridor, the South of England and Wales.

You will identify new opportunities, build long-term customer relationships and drive sustainable sales growth, with autonomous field-based responsibilities and a focus on securing orders.

The role offers a competitive base salary with an attractive commission/bonus structure and benefits such as a company car/allowance and pension.

Qualifications

• Experience in Engineering/Manufacturing/Construction (Heavy Industry).
• Proven sales pipeline experience.
• Driven and motivated to grow with a reputable company.
• Good IT and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales region, identify commercial opportunities and grow existing relationships.
• Promote and participate in visits to other facilities.
• Present quotations and drive the tender/quotation process.
• Work with SLT to set and monitor sales targets.
