South Lakes Housing is seeking a Building Surveyor to own property surveys and cases, including damp and mould, disrepair, structural defects, adaptations and customer alterations, delivering clear diagnosis, specifications and technical advice from inspection through to completion.

The role collaborates with residents, contractors and colleagues to ensure repairs are safe, compliant and well managed, with accurate records, risk management and timely communication at the heart of every project.

• The Building Surveyor will take ownership of property surveys and cases, including damp and mould, disrepair, structural defects, adaptations and customer alterations, providing clear diagnosis, specifications and technical advice from Inspection through to completion.
• The role will work closely with residents, contractors and colleagues, ensuring repairs and remedial works are safe, compliant, well managed and deliver high-quality outcomes.
