Bradley Environmental Consultants – powered by Vadella – is seeking experienced asbestos professionals to join our field-based team in Halesowen. You will deliver surveying, analytical and consultancy services across the UK in a hybrid working model.

The role requires BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualifications, experience in the asbestos sector, and a strong ability to communicate and report findings. We offer career progression and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent).
• BOHS P403 & P404 qualifications (or equivalent).
• Ideally two years’ experience within the asbestos industry.
• Strong working knowledge of HSG248 and HSG264.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Teams beneficial but not essential).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (paid for by the company).

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys in accordance with HSG264.
• Completing asbestos reinspection surveys and audits.
• Undertaking asbestos air monitoring, four-stage clearances and analytical services in accordance with HSG248.
• Supervising licensed asbestos removal projects.
• Producing accurate survey reports and technical documentation.
• Providing professional technical advice and consultancy to clients.
• Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and professionalism.
• Representing Bradley Environmental Consultants to the highest standard on client sites.
