Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a Channel Finance Manager in Hemel Hempstead to partner with Account Managers and Directors, delivering insights, governance and value across a customer cluster.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the role offers a high-visibility, business-facing finance position in a fast-moving FMCG environment, with opportunities to influence commercial decisions and develop financial capability within the team.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking—you translate data into clear insight for non-finance colleagues.
• Proactive, can-do mindset with drive to deliver outcomes.
• Solid commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
• Ability to build relationships across teams and levels.
• Natural problem-solver, comfortable with ambiguity.
• FMCG experience is desirable, from manufacturing or retail.
• CIMA qualification with relevant experience (other qualifications considered).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers and Directors to drive performance and governance.
• Provide clear financial insight into budget, forecast and prior year performance.
• Support rolling forecast and budget processes with robust plans and assumptions.
• Identify risks/opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate them.
• Champion governance and control across trade investment and capital.
