Job summary

InPost UK is seeking a Field Business Development Manager to win new e-commerce and retail clients across London, the South East and the South. You’ll build your territory from scratch, open doors with mid-market and larger B2C retailers, and drive deals from first conversation through to signed agreement and go-live.

As the face of InPost in the field, you will engage operations, e-commerce, supply chain, finance and commercial leaders, negotiate and close, and hand over to Customer Success

Qualifications

• Experience selling to online retailers and mid-market clients.
• Proven field-based sales with targets.
• Established network with e-commerce/retail in London/South East.
• Ability to engage stakeholders up to C-suite level.
• Willingness to travel with a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Win new e-commerce and retail clients in defined territory.
• Build and manage a pipeline across London, South East, and the South.
• Lead full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract and go-live.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and forecast.
• Represent InPost as the field-facing brand.
