QS Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Logistics Business Development Manager for a hybrid field-based role near Newark. You will focus on developing new customers across parcel and pallet distribution, meeting clients and growing your portfolio.

You’ll manage your diary, prospect face-to-face, and work with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from sale to service, with uncapped commission based on performance.

Formación

• Proven success in generating new business and meeting sales targets.
• Ability to identify customer requirements and prepare quotations.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience in B2B sales within distribution/logistics a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business through cold prospecting, warm leads, referrals and networking.
• Meet prospective clients face-to-face to develop opportunities.
• Build relationships with firms needing parcel and pallet distribution.
• Identify requirements, prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Develop existing accounts while pursuing new opportunities and manage your sales pipeline.
