Lyreco Group in Newcastle Upon Tyne is seeking a dynamic New Business Development Manager for the Nespresso division to drive new business acquisition and maintain a robust sales pipeline. You will report to the Nespresso Sales Manager and help grow the customer base.

The role offers up to £33k per year, plus commission, a company car and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, life assurance, cycle to work, vouchers, volunteering days and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B customer acquisition and pipeline development.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel/drive to clients.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Grow a new customer base to exceed machine/capsule targets.
• Conduct tele-prospecting and face to face cold calling to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Achieve best practice customer visits and effectively manage territory data.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
