Job summary
Kinara Group is seeking a Field Application Specialist to support Histology, IHC and Digital Pathology solutions across the South UK. You will train laboratories, demonstrate applications and assist with installation and post-sales support.
The role combines technical delivery with strong customer relationships, requiring histology workflow knowledge and willingness to travel throughout the South UK to support laboratories and optimise instrumentation.
Qualifications
- Deliver customer training and demonstrations.
- Support installation and implementation of new solutions.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and ongoing customer support.
- Travel across the South UK to support laboratories.
- Experience within Histology / IHC / Digital Pathology.
- Biomedical Scientist background and field applications experience.
- Confident delivering customer training and technical presentations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer training, demonstrations and application support.
- Support the installation and implementation of new solutions.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and ongoing customer support.
- Work alongside Sales with pre-sales demonstrations and evaluations.
- Help laboratories optimise workflows and get the most from their technology.
